National Form Changes & CM/ECF System Outage
On December 1, 2015, most national Official Bankruptcy Forms will be replaced with substantially revised, reformatted, and renumbered versions. Unless the Court has its own Local Form, use of the revised Official Forms will be mandatory beginning on December 1, 2015. The Courts CM/ECF system must be updated to accommodate the new Official Forms and will be unavailable for use on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Please be advised that no electronic case filings may be made during this time. Plan your filings accordingly.
Operations Notice: CM/ECF users utilizing Mozilla Firefox version 37 may encounter an error when attempting to access a creditor matrix. The Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts and the National Creditor Registration Service are currently working on a solution to this error. In the meantime, please use an alternative internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, to access the creditor matrix.
Notice: The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania has entered General Order 2012-2 which adopts the revised Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms with an effective date of March 1, 2012. The revised Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms can be viewed at the Court's Website under the Local Rules Page at http://www.pawb.uscourts.gov/.
